Order Processing Time
Typically, orders are processed and ship within 3 business days. On occasion, during peak holidays, sales, and new product releases, our processing time may be up to 7 business days. Please note that processing time is the time spent preparing your order prior to shipment.
Monogramming Processing Time

Dated products are final sale!
All dated products are a final sale after November 21st and cannot be returned. There are no refunds or exchanges. This applies to all 2024 Planners and Refills.
Returns Questions
What is your return policy?
If you didn’t love a product for any reason, please email us at hello@asteristationery.com.
We are happy to issue an exchange or refund for products returned within 15 days of shipping your order. We are unable to refund shipping charges.
The item must be undamaged and remain in its original packaging and we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
All monogrammed items are a final sale.
Please note that we only accept returns for the 2024 Planner & Refills until 11/30/2023. After that they are final sale.
Can I return a monogrammed order?
Unfortunately, all monogrammed items are a final sale because they are customized just for you.
How do you offer refunds on returns?
We offer a full refund on all products returned to us within 15 days of purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
Kindly note, we are unable to accept returns for products sold as part of a set unless the full set is returned.
All monogrammed orders are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I make an exchange?
Please email us at hello@asteristationey.com with your exchange request and we will help you get this set up.
In order to make an exchange the item must be undamaged and remain in its original packaging.
Order Questions
I want to monogram my order, how do I do that?
Most of our products include free monogramming. Please leave a note at checkout with your initials (up to 3 characters). We only offer capital letters at this time.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?
Please email us at hello@asteristationery.com and we will be happy to help you.
How can I cancel an order I have placed?
As long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can still cancel the order.
Please email us at hello@asteristationery.com with the word "cancel" in the subject line as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee order cancellation as we ship very quickly - but we’ll do our best.
